This September, we’re celebrating the Negroni all month long at Copperpenny. From nine seasonal takes on the classic cocktail to the Campari x Copperpenny Negroni Fountain and a month-ending masterclass, there will be something new to experience throughout September.
Negroni Week takes place September 22–27 — but at Copperpenny, we’re making a month of it.

THE NEGRONI FOUNTAIN AT COPPERPENNY
For two nights, the Campari x Copperpenny Negroni Fountain comes to Copperpenny.
See the fountain in action, stamp your ice and fill your cup for a unique Negroni experience.
Reservations are strongly recommended. After 6 PM, walk-ins only will be available.
NEGRONI WEEK
We’re taking part in Negroni Week — right in the middle of our month-long celebration.
Throughout the week, all eight seasonal Negronis will continue to be available alongside our fall food feature menu.
Whether you’re joining us specifically for Negroni Week or working your way through all eight cocktails over the course of September, there will be plenty happening at Copperpenny.
THE EVOLUTION OF THE NEGRONI
Masterclass
We’ll close out Negroni Month with The Evolution of the Negroni, a special September masterclass exploring the history and evolution of this iconic cocktail.
Guests will be guided through the story of the Negroni while enjoying four cocktails along the way.
Participants will also receive 20% off bottle purchases following the class, so you can take a little Copperpenny home and continue making Negronis of your own.
