Our Award Winning Copperpenny Gin

With Gin No. 005 our focus was on bringing forward gentle citrus flavours and smoky notes of exotic Mediterranean spices. We dialled back the traditionally heavy pine flavours that dominate many gins to make this a truly versatile cocktail spirit for every bar.

Carefully selected botanicals from our travels abroad work to best represent the unique climates and cultures of their origins, we’ve blended nine exquisite botanicals including Bulgarian juniper, Egyptian coriander, and Moroccan grains of paradise to create an insanely smooth and full-bodied gin.
